Support Level Options
Your success will open many doors for your company. Regardless of support level, we will offer to help when resources are available.
Hardware Only
The base level of support for teams that will run their own clouds. We handle all hardware issues.
Assisted Management
Great for teams that want to use the cloud resources but need some assistance in running the cloud itself.
Managed Custom
Custom options are available. All deployments are highly automated so costs are still low.
Pricing FAQs, Eligibility, and Usage Restrictions
Your success will open many doors for your company. Regardless of support level, we will help when resources are available.
Each Tirzok Cloud that you create has a top-level budget set by the Tirzok Central Admin level users for that cloud. As the admin, you set the maximum daily cost of your cluster. Whenever a server is requested, the interface or API will first check if your private cloud price would exceed your budget. If it exceeds your budget, the request is denied.
Your budget is found under the Settings in each individual Cloud. It can also be set when first provisioning the Cloud.
All usage is subject to our full Terms of Service.
Different regions have different legal requirements for content and workloads that are your responsibility to understand and conform with.
Certain usage may place you in a different billing bracket. This is typically determined by the power utilization of your servers. You will be notified and have up to 60 days to address the utilization before moving into the new billing bracket. For activities like crypto-mining, there is no grace period. Please notify your Account Manager if you believe your workload is likely to have high continuous power consumption. They will provide you with options and pricing for these special cases.
All usage is subject to our full Terms of Service.
Tirzok uses Open Source technology for all major systems. There are no license fees for any Ceph feature supplied in the standard storage cluster.
All billing is Monthly for stand alone storage clusters. This is based on your agreement.
Currently, Bandwidth is measured and monitored but not billed as long as your usage is below the allowed usage that comes with your hardware unit. To allow for variability in usage without causing extensive variability in costs, we have included a base egress bandwidth allotment with each Storage Cluster.
We reserve the right to implement limitations and restrictions at any time if you are not on a guaranteed bandwidth plan.
For guaranteed bandwidth plans, please contact Sales. The typical plan is:
-
For Egress, you are billed on the 95th Percentile at $0.37 per Mbit per week. Your 95th Percentile is calculated against the number of days up to 7 days. The minimum usage commitment is 100Mbits at $37.00/wk. Higher commits yield lower per mbit costs.
Currently, Ingress is not charged. There is no current way to limit your bandwidth usage from our side but we encourage you to use the tools within OpenStack and Linux that can limit bandwidth usage.
The current network performance for 2022 is 99.994%. The base SLA is 99.96%.
